Do you ship internationally?
Free Shipping is our only shipping option. International availability and destination-specific estimates are shown at checkout for the delivery address you enter.
In-stock physical orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day. Carrier transit time begins after dispatch and varies by destination. Business days exclude weekends and applicable holidays.
Our 2–8-business-day delivery estimate after dispatch applies to U.S. deliveries only. It is not an international delivery promise.
We email tracking information when your order ships. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, local carrier handling, weather, and other delays. A shipping label alone does not confirm carrier possession.
If checkout does not offer delivery to your destination, or you need help with an existing international order, contact support@gnmkids.com.
Orders placed under an earlier timeframe
For an existing order, refer to the shipping timeframe shown at your checkout. Some older orders were quoted 10–15 business days. Count from the business day after the order date, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. If that quoted window has passed, contact us for an individual update. The new shipping policy does not restart the waiting period for an older order.
Canada and Singapore
Our shipments to Canada and Singapore include free shipping and are duty free. Canadian shipments use domestic carriers. Destination-specific checkout estimates apply; the U.S. delivery estimate is not a guarantee for international orders.
